By accessing or using Rentflo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of South Africa.

Use of the Platform

You may use Rentflo solely for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in South African Rand (ZAR). All prices include VAT where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Rentflo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

Rentflo is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
